I picked up this open-box NEC MultiSync M431 and was impressed with the condition—fully functional as promised. The 43-inch IPS panel delivers sharp 4K visuals with vibrant colors, and the 500 cd/m² brightness is plenty for well-lit rooms. The 8000:1 contrast ratio gives deep blacks, great for games or movies. My only gripes: the 60 Hz refresh rate and lack of adaptive sync mean it's not the best for competitive gaming. Also, being open-box, you take a slight gamble on cosmetics. For productivity and casual gaming, it's a solid value at this price.
